The project's objectives
- Modernize the apartment: The main objective was to modernize the space, by opening the kitchen onto the living room to create a crossing and bright environment, offering a breathtaking view on one side of the Villefranche harbor and on the other in a wooded area.
- Space Optimization: A space reorganization added a bathroom and dressing room adjacent to the master bedroom, transforming the space into an elegant and functional master suite.
- High-end: The aim was also to enhance the overall quality of the apartment to enable value-added resale, in accordance with the clients' wishes.
