This new construction of 300m² on a plot of 10,000m² was designed specifically to meet the aspirations of two entrepreneurial brothers in the perfume industry, wishing to own an unconventional villa close to the family home. Villa Les Prés stands out for its avant-garde approach, rejecting the stereotypes of a country house to embrace a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic.

With two independent levels to accommodate each family, the villa offers a complete break from the surrounding rural environment, while guaranteeing absolute comfort. Its modern interior and exterior design, enhanced by a sumptuous swimming pool, ensures a luxurious living environment and an unparalleled experience.

Our mission covered the entire process, from initial design to site monitoring, including work coordination, purchase of materials, furniture, and landscaping, all located in the enchanting setting of North Africa and delivered in 2016.
